The Primary goal of Math clubs, at CAS, is to get students to enjoy math, to learn and to support each other in a friendly environment.  We want our students to get immersed into Mathematics’ world by implementing math skills in their real environments, and in a natural way.

Why do students should attend a math club?

The Math Department offers a variety of activities in which students develop their individual skills in each game/task. Teachers also offer personalized tutoring when a student comes to the laboratory. Teachers do everything they can to make sure students feel proud and successful in each task.

What would you find in a math club?

You will find different games such as chess, rana, bolirana, miniarco, Chinese checkers, tangram, board games and so on. All of these are valuable resources to engage students and to promote flexible learning, while enhancing number recognition, improving fluency in basic operations, fractions, percentages, mental math, and developing math abilities in general.
