In a world of inaction, high promises, and low accountability, it is not for the faint of heart. In the world of business, you do not have just one or two weaknesses. Imagine waking up one day and suddenly fifty weaknesses are exposed, all at the same time. Imagine a game where you always have to recreate yourself or you will lose, you cannot afford to take a day off. The Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States has reported that 50% of all new ventures and small businesses disappear in the first years because of a lack of a process of validation; 65% of them won’t make it to 5 years due to a lack of Financial Literacy; and 90% will fail before the end of the decade due to a lack of sustainability. What a journey! Isn’t it?
Therefore, our priority should be to develop the entrepreneurship mindset by becoming relentless and building an undeniable work ethic to outwork everyone. We can never make excuses, rather, we must seek to become problem solvers. The focus should be in finding lessons in every experience, and whether positive or negative, applying the lessons moving forward. Striving to cultivate with practice and developing an entrepreneurial mindset. I cannot promise that It will be an easy journey, but if you have the vision and courage to change the world, I promise you, It will be worth it.
