The start of the new school year was filled with energy and joy thanks to the activities organized by the Physical Education department, which prepared a series of games and physical challenges to welcome preschool, elementary, and high school students. These sports days not only promoted physical activity but also facilitated integration and teamwork among students.
Preschool: Observation Race. On Monday, February 3, and Tuesday, February 4, the youngest students at the school enjoyed an “Observation Race” full of fun and age-appropriate challenges. The Physical Education teachers designed a circuit with stations located in different areas of the school, where children participated in activities such as bear crawls, frog jumps, and balancing on one foot. At each station, upon completing the challenge, students received a puzzle piece, promoting teamwork and cooperation. At the end of the course, an award ceremony was held to celebrate the effort and enthusiasm of the participants.
Elementary: Games and Sports Challenges. On Tuesday, January 27, it was the elementary students’ turn to participate in a rotation of sports activities such as “Tic Tac Toe,” “Voleicae,” Capture the flag, and soccer. Each group of students rotated through different stations, ensuring that everyone had the opportunity to try each game and develop motor skills in an environment of healthy competition and camaraderie. The Physical Education teachers led each activity, ensuring the proper and safe development of the games.
High School: Competitions and Sportsmanship High school students also experienced a day full of movement with volleyball, soccer, and the traditional game of capture the flag. Throughout the day, the different grades participated in these activities that fostered sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition. The organization and execution of the events were carried out by the Physical Education team, ensuring that each student had a positive and motivating experience to start the school year with energy.
An Active and Motivating Start Thanks to the planning and leadership of the Physical Education teachers, the return to classes became a dynamic and exciting experience for all students. These activities not only promoted physical activity but also strengthened social interaction and a sense of community and belonging. With such an active start, the school year promises to be full of learning and movement.
