As part of the experience of our C+A+S day: drawing, layered modeling with cardboard, modeling with the Tinkercad tool, and subsequent 3D printing, our CAS students have enjoyed becoming familiar with three-dimensional modeling.
Through an approach that offers a wide spectrum of technical, technological, creative and project development elements, students have been presented with a wide range of technical, social and even cultural contexts. This type of approach is always fed by multiple creative strategies which, with proper parameters and management, enrich the possibilities in the conception of objects and/or spaces that offer multiple options in different contexts.
It has been a great experience to learn, practice and create in a dynamic environment that is representative of daily life; students recognize themselves as users of objects in certain spaces, understanding the dimensions of these objects, their positions and how we can use the knowledge and skills gained to solve problems or make new interventions by utilizing the technological tools we have today.
