Last August 15th, we celebrated our Preschool English Day. One of the most exciting highlights for our Transition students was the Spelling Bee Contest. The children were thrilled, having prepared with great enthusiasm, and everyone was swept up in the excitement of the moment.
The Spelling Bee offered a wonderful opportunity for our young learners to shine. Beyond simply spelling words correctly, activities such as this foster essential skills: vocabulary development, reading and writing proficiency, memory, focus, public speaking, and self-confidence; these skills are key elements for building a strong foundation in a second language.
We extend our warmest congratulations to all our Transition students for taking part in the contest; their participation made the day truly special. A big round of applause was given to our top spellers who faced the challenge with joy, determination, and beaming smiles – we couldn’t be more proud of each of you!

At our preschool, we are committed to nurturing our students through creative, joyful, and meaningful activities that foster their growth in a second language. Events like our Spelling Bee aren’t just fun, they are powerful tools for building confidence, literacy, and most importantly, the love of learning. Here’s to many more days filled with excitement, discovery, and those small-but-mighty accomplishments.
