Throughout the year, our Transition students have been developing their English skills by expanding their vocabulary, exploring age-appropriate sounds and phonics patterns, and practicing basic grammatical structures. As their confidence has grown, they have begun using English more independently to express their ideas and talk about topics that are meaningful to them.
This process reflects not only their language development but also their growing ability to communicate, make connections, and take ownership of their learning. And when it comes to their favorite topics, animals are definitely at the top of the list!
Below is a small sample of their own work, showcasing their creativity, progress, and growing confidence as English speakers.
